Cancellations must be made in writing. The date we receive your notice determines the charges that apply.
Because we hold flights, hotels and visa slots on your behalf, cancellation charges reflect what suppliers retain plus a small administration fee.
IICancellation charges
More than 30 days before departure: loss of deposit.
15–30 days: up to 50% of the package price.
Less than 15 days, or no-show: up to 100%, depending on supplier recovery.
IIIRefund timeline
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 14–30 working days once airline and hotel refunds clear to us.
Visa fees, insurance premiums and other third-party charges are non-refundable once incurred.
IVChanges by us
If we must change a confirmed arrangement, we will offer the closest alternative or a fair refund of the affected component. We are not liable for events beyond our control.
