IConfirming a booking
A booking is confirmed once a signed booking form and the required deposit are received. Until then, quoted prices and availability are indicative and may change.
Full payment is normally due 21 days before departure, or earlier for Hajj, Umrah and peak-season travel where supplier terms require it.
IIDeposits & payment
A non-refundable deposit secures your seats, rooms and visa slots. The deposit amount is shown on your quote and varies by package and season.
We accept bank transfer and the card methods listed at checkout. Receipts are issued for every payment.
IIIDocuments & accuracy
You are responsible for ensuring names exactly match your passport and that your passport has the validity required by each destination.
Corrections requested after ticketing may incur airline or supplier charges, which are passed on at cost.
IVPrices & surcharges
Prices may be adjusted for changes in airfare, taxes, fuel or exchange rates until full payment is made. Any surcharge is itemised and explained before it is applied.
